Have you ever wondered what it feels like to carve your own image and see it come to life in ink?
Linocut is a form of printmaking based on a simple idea: what you carve away will not print, and what remains will. It’s a process that encourages both focus and freedom — and often, a little courage for that first cut.
During this workshop, you will be guided through the basics of lino printing, from developing a design to carving and printing your own work. By the end of the session, you will have created a set of handmade cards to take home.
You are welcome to bring a photo or idea for inspiration, or begin with something entirely new.
No experience is necessary — just curiosity and a willingness to try.
